Although slow in responding, once one of the owners contacted me, things began to move more quickly. James was professional and efficient, all questions were answered, and a contract has been signed.

Unfortunately, the earliest work will be started is March of next year. We'll continue to monitor the roof leak into the guest bedroom and hope for no serious storms.
