I contacted this company regarding two separate leaks in my roof. The first leak was significant and in a downstairs doorway. An inspector came and found an area of the roof that was visibly damaged. It was assumed by the company that this was the culprit. They did visibly repair this area well, but it did not end up being the cause of the substantial leak in the downstairs doorway. They tried once more to find and repair the actual cause with no success. I paid thousands of dollars to have an irrelevant fix and to be told I would need to consult a contractor for the actual cause of the leak because the problem could be from a balcony, not the roof. The whole ordeal was very unprofessional. If the company was not certain that the roof was the cause, they should not have touched the roof. I could have spent my money on a contractor.

The other leak they did fix well, but throughout the length of both projects there was a lack of followup. They would come to do a “repair” without sending me any before or after photos. The staff is nice but not reliable. Other than a gentleman named Milton. He was very nice and professional.
